SHIPPING:

Items ordered on time can either be delivered to Sequoia for free every couple of weeks (Orders placed by 3PM Friday will be delivered to Sequoia Elementary School within 10 business days) or shipped directly to customers for the usual shipping charges.

RETURNS:

Personalized garment items are non-returnable.

Any items to be returned must be labeled with a Return Authorization # and dropped off or shipped to BrandUSpiritwear.com at:

If BrandU accepts returned items, then customer will incur a 15% restocking fee.
